BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making this booking you agree to all of the following;

You agree to our Cancellation & Refunds Policy below: in which we abide by Regulation 6 of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 issued by the The Secretary of State. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/made
6.(2) Regulations 7 to 19(1) shall not apply to—
(b) contracts for the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services, where the supplier undertakes, when the contract is concluded, to provide these services on a specific date or within a specific period.

Our Cancellation and Refunds Policy
1) We reserve the right to cancel any event for reasons beyond our reasonable control and that should such a circumstance arise we will issue a full refund for any and all monies or fees that you have paid to us within 30 days of our notice of the event cancellation to you.

2) When you create a booking with us, we have to A) pay the venue for your placement in advance and B) it also stops other people from booking a place on the same event date.
This means that we are unable to refund any monies you have paid if you cancel your attendance at or fail to turn up to an event you have booked.

DISCLAIMER:

I want to participate in events organised by Ghost Hunt Nights and book on in consideration of being given the opportunity to do so.

I understand and accept that events provided by Ghost Hunt Nights can be dangerous and I participate in these event at my own risk. I confirm that the following statements are true:

a) I am fit and healthy to participate in this event and that I do not have an existing heart condition, suffer from high blood pressure or any other medical condition that might hinder me whilst attending the event: YES

b) That Ghost Hunt Nights has consented to me participating in this event: YES

c) That all persons having any connection with the ownership, promotion, control or conduct of this event are absolved from all liabilities arising from my participation or negligent acts causing damage or personal injury: YES

Terms and Conditions – YOU must comply with ALL of these requirements whilst at the event

You must abide by our Teams instruction at all times. YES

Suitable outdoor footwear with adequate tread on it must be worn, no sandals, heels or trainers. YES

Alcohol must not be consumed before or during the event. YES

Any participant that would seem impaired by our Team will not be allowed to take part and refused entry to the event without refund. YES

Participants must respect all equipment as well as other attendees. - YES

Ghost Hunt Nights reserve the right to refuse entry or to bar any participant(s) from the event at their own discretion. - YES

You agree to sign a Liability Waiver prior to taking part in the event. YES

Ghost Hunt Nights disclaims liability for anyone injured as a result of the misuse of equipment whilst the event takes place - YES

Any abuse or threatening behaviour to any member of staff or attendee will result in instant eviction from the event and barring of any person or group. - YES

YOU must comply with the instructions and advice given by Ghost Hunt Nights Team. Failure to comply will result in warning that could lead to instant barring - YES

I have read and fully understand the above text and that I participate in this event at my own risk. - YES

By booking onto this event I agree to all of the above and the terms and conditions for activities organised by Ghost Hunt Nights for the date shown in my booking. - YES
